Charcuterie Chips

Ingredients

1 Bag Cape Cod Potato Chip Waves

1 4oz package prosciutto, shredded

1 cup Cheddar, shredded

1 cup Gruyere, shredded

1 cup Smoke Gouda,  shredded

1 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Rosemary Sea Salt

½ Cup Lighthouse Keeper’s Decadent Black Fig Jam

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven 350 F. Using an oven safe sheet pan or shallow baking dish, cover the bottom of the pan with a layer of potato chips, about 1/3 of the bag. Layer cheeses, prosciutto, dollops of jam and chips and sprinkle with rosemary sea salt. Bake for 15-20 mins, serve hot, right from the oven.
