Chicken Caesar Nachos

Ingredients:

1 bag Plain Pita Chips

2 cups Shredded or Shaved Parmesan Cheese

2 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Garlic & Pepper Sea Salt

2 Chicken Breasts, grilled or roasted and shredded

1 Head Romaine Heart Lettuce, chopped

2 tbs Lighthouse Keeper’s Captain Ian’s Caesar Dressing

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

On an oven save sheet pan, spread half the bag of pita chips in an even layers, sprinkle half the chicken,  half the garlic and pepper sea salt and half the parmesan cheese. Repeat steps with remaining pita chips chicken, salt and cheese as a second layer on top.

Bake for 8-12 mins, long enough for the cheese to melt.

While in the oven, dress chopped romaine with Captian Ian’s Caesar Dressing.

Once the nachos are our of the oven, top with dressed romaine and serve immediately.
