Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

3 cups chopped pecans

3 cups coconut

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

4 tbs cocoa powder

2  14oz cans sweetened condensed milk

Topping:

Cape Cod Saltworks Coffee Sea Salt

Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer, and mix together until well combined.

Refrigerate the batter for 30-60 mins.

Scoop into 2.5 in balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Cook at 350 for 10mins, remove from oven, using the back of a spoon, press down on the dough to flatten. Sprinkle with coffee salt and coconut and return to the oven for an additional 10 mins.

Top with more coconut and coffee salt once before cooling.

Yield 18 cookies
