Cranberry Baked Brie
Ingredients:
1 8oz wheel of Brie
1/3 cup Lighthouse Keeper’s Cinnamon & Spice Cranberry Apple Jam
2 Tbs candied Walnuts or Pecans
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving dish.
Spread Cranberry Apple Jam on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve hot with a sliced baguette or crackers.
