Cranberry Lime Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken Wings
1 cup Lighthouse Keeper's Raw Local Honey
2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Brown Sugar
1 Lime, Juice and zest
1 tsp Dried Onion Powder
½ tsp Dried Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ bottle Lighthouse Keeper's Cranberry Lime Hot Sauce
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375°F
Place wings in a large plastic zipping bag; set aside.
Combine honey, vinegar, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, soy sauce and red pepper flakes and mix well.
Pour over wings, seal bag and massage and shake to cover all wings. Refrigerate for 4 hours or up to overnight.
Place wings in a lightly greased 9”x13” baking pan. Allow some marinade to pool in the pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, basting with marinade juices every 10-15 minutes.
Finish under the broiler for 3 minutes, once out of the oven, coat with cranberry lime hot sauce and serve immediately.
