Gourmet Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:

10 Fresh Jalapeño Peppers

8 oz Whipped Goat Cheese

20 Slices Prosciutto

8 Tbs Lighthouse Keeper’s Decadent Fig Jam

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cut jalapeños in half length wise and remove seeds and veins.

Fill jalapeños with goats  cheese, then fig jam and wrap a slice of prosciutto around each one and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees until prosciutto is crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
