Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:

2 lbs Salmon

1/3 cup Lighthouse Keeper’s Beachcomber Mustard

2 tbs Lighthouse Keeper's Raw Local Honey

2 tbs Lemon Juice

1 tsp Paprika

1 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Garlic Pepper Sea Salt

1 tsp thyme

Crispy fried onions for topping

Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 350F

In a small bowl, mix together mustard, honey, lemon juice, paprika, garlic pepper sea salt and thyme.

Place salmon fillet on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Pour honey mustard mixture over the salmon fillet and place butter slices evenly along the fish.

Bake at 350 for 14-18 mins.

Top with crispy fried onions and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh thyme.
