Jalapeno Lobster rolls

Jalapeno Lobster rolls
2 lbs lobster meat, cooked
4 Tbs Mayo
2 Tbs Lighthouse Keeper’s Jalapeno Hot Sauce
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Cape Cod Saltworks Chipotle Lime Sea Salt
1 tbs Cilantro, chopped
8 Pieces Butter Lettuce or Romaine
4 Brioche Buns
In a medium bowl, combine cooked lobster meat, mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, sea salt and cilantro. Mix to combine.
Open the buns and lay in two pieces of lettuce to cover the bread. Scoop in lobster salad and serve immediately.
