Peanut Butter Jelly Bars
Ingredients:
1 16oz jar creamy peanut butter
12 graham crackers, crushed
1 lb confectioners’ sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1 Jar Lighthouse Keeper's Lemon Strawberry Jam
1 12oz bag milk chocolate chips
1 tsp flakey sea salt, more if desired
Instructions:
In a med bowl, add peanut butter, melted butter, confectioner’s sugar and graham cracker crumbs and mix together until well combined.
In a ¼ sheet baking pan or 9”x13” baking dish, evenly spread the peanut butter mixture.
Spread a layer of strawberry jam evenly over top of the peanut butter mixture.
Melt chocolate and evenly cover the strawberry jam layer and top with sea salt flakes before the chocolate hardens.
Allow the chocolate to set for about 35-45 mins before cutting, don’t allow the chocolate to fully harden to avoid cracking.
