Salty Espresso S’mores

Ingredients:

2 handfuls Original Cape Cod Potato Chips

6 cups milk chocolate candy melts

2 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Coffee Salt

Marshmallows

Graham Crackers

Instructions:

To make the espresso potato chip bark, spread potato chips evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a double boiler, melt chocolate candy melts. Pour melted chocolate over the chips and stir chips and chocolate together to evenly spread over the pan. Sprinkle with coffee salt. Allow chocolate to set in a cool place. Cut into even squares and use as the chocolate component for s’mores!
