Sheet Pan Fajitas

 Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips

1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips

1 red onion, quartered

1 tbs olive oil

2 limes, juice and zest

4 tbs cape cod saltworks taco seasoning sea salt

For Garnish:

Cilantro

Sour cream

Lime

Tortillas

Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 400F.

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice and zest. Add taco seasoning and toss well to combine.

Transfer mixture to a baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 20 mins.

Serve with garnishes as desired.
