Smoked Salmon Crostini’s

Ingredients
1 Baguette, sliced in ¼ inch pieces, lightly toasted
½ Block Cream Cheese
1 package Smoked Salmon
¼ cup Lighthouse Keeper’s Sweet & Hot Pepper Jelly
Dried Cranberries
Fresh Thyme
Instructions:
Assemble the crostini’s by first spreading cream cheese on each slice of the toasted baguette. Top with a slice of smoked salmon, a dollop of sweet & hot pepper jelly and garnish with a dried cranberry and sprig of thyme. Serve cold.
