White Chocolate Citrus Cookies

White Chocolate Citrus Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 cups Confectioner Sugar
1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tbs Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 ½ cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
Zest of 4 Limes
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups White Chocolate Chips
4 tbs Lighthouse Keeper’s Bright & Tart Orange Marmalade
2 tbs Cape Cod Saltworks Chipotle Lime Sea Salt
Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 375F.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together butter, confectioner sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy and add egg, Greek yogurt and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, lime zest and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop into balls with a 2” cookie scoop and create a well in the middle, add a teaspoon of orange marmalade in the well and sprinkle with chipotle lime sea salt.
Cook at 375F for 15 mins or until edges get golden brown. Sprinkle more chipotle lime sea salt on top immediately after removing from the oven.
Yield 12 cookies
