Cape Cod Tomato Chutney

Chutney is one of those things people either love on everything or don’t know what to do with! Don’t worry, for the latter, we’ve got you covered! This chutney combines tomatoes, peppers and onions with a mild spice. It makes a great topping enjoyed warm or cold. Try it on grilled hot dogs with some sharp cheddar with a toasted bun, on a crispy crostini with a slice of fresh mozzarella or burrata, on top of pan seared scallops, on a baked potato with a little sour cream, with baked brie or even scrambled eggs!
